Event ID 32003

I'm using XP and when my system stops running the loged
event ID 32003. I'm using a dial up modem to my ISP.
anyone know how to fix this? I found a solution that said
to change the subnet mask but that is automatically
assigned by my ISP.

Event ID: 32003 from Ipnathlp.

I'm having the same problem with an another I'm diconnected from from my ISP.
Have you any disconnection with this message (32003)?
