networking xp/win95

[GrooveME]

does anyone know how can i create a network, being win XP
the net server and share it to win 95?
i need help!!!

Enable Internet Connection Sharing on XP, as described here:

Windows XP Internet Connection Sharing

Configure win 95 as an ICS client, as described here:

http://www.practicallynetworked.com/sharing/ics/icsclient.htm

Connect the two computers' network cards in one of these ways:

1. With a crossover Ethernet cable, or:

2. With two regular Ethernet cables and a switch or hub.
