finding email contacts, outlook express email folder, and contacts folder

Hello;

I am in the process of reformatting and rebuilding my
computer for the second time. And I hate it when I loose
all that information. After the first time I got zip
disks and would back up files onto that. After this time
I have a 2nd harddrive installed in the computer to copy
files to or pssibly mirror the C: drive.

My questions. After the first time and I am assuming
this time also I have lost all my stored emails, all the
email contact information (outlook express, and in the
outlook program all the contact information and my
calander informaion. My question is where are these
stored so that I can recreate all the info on the 2nd
drive.

Where is Outlook Express emails and folders stored?
Where is Outlook Express email contacts folder stored?
Where is Outlook contacts folder stored?
Where is Outlook calendar folder stored?

And how can I access them and copy them? Is it better
to "save as" to the 2nd drive or to mirror on the 2nd
drive.

I have been pretty good at backing stuff up, but I am
going to get better.

Is there a good reference book anyone can recommend on XP?
