HELP TSR needs to go . . .

I downloaded this cute little TSR-WeatherBug.com. However, I've tried to
uninstall it & it won't uninstall. It said ' no matter what other
program I try to download in its place, it was going to continue this
temper tantrum & never uninstall itself from my computer.

HELP How do I uninstall this little varmit! Any help on this is greatly
appreciated!

Did you try the uninstall instructions listed here?

try this
go to run
type Regedit
then H_K_L\Software\Microsoft\Wndows\CurrentVersioin\ru n
In here look for that TSR bug entry and delete that entry out, Then del.
that folder out next time when you reboot your computer
