I tried to switch my settings for my monitor and it
immediately went to a black screen with a box in the
middle that says "Input not supported" I can't do
anything from here. I have tried to reboot several
times, and I can't even get it to boot in safe mode.
Any suggestions?

If you changed settings for the monitor (and not the display adapter),
try the buttons on the monitor itself to reset it.
If you changed the settings for the display adapter, boot using F8 to
bring up the Advanced Start Menu and select "Last Known Good
Configuration."
