I am on my laptop, and i was wondering if i can get the
welcome screen on, on my laptop. because i can do it on
my home computer but not my laptop, is there anyway i can?
because the user accounts on my home computer is
different to my user accounts on my laptop. there is more
stuff on the user accounts on my home computer... help!

Is your laptop joined to a domain? If so, then the Welcome Screen will be
disabled. Also, certain networking components and 3rd party software can
disable it as well. Go to Control Panel, User Accounts, Change the way
users log on and off. If you can't enable the option, it will usually tell
you why.
