Unsolicited Disconnects while on line

When working online (AOL) my system often disconnects
without me requesting it to do so - output
being "goodbye" right when I'm in the middle of working
on the internet or even in the middle of composing an
email message. What causes this and how can I avoid the
instant disconnection! It is quite frustrating. Prior
to this VAIO I was an avid Mac user and never had any
problems on line. Help!

This is the problem with your AOL Software
not with XP. Just wondering if you install the MAC version
of AOL on Windows computer ?
