View Full Version : Autocomplete in Owner's Account

We have 2 WinXP computers with the same problem. We like to enable
autocomplete so that we don't have to type in all those numbers on our
library card when we want to reserve a book.
Works great EXCEPT in Owner's account.
Do I have to make a new account for the owner to do it or is there a way to
fix it?
Thanks, Carol

Right-click your browser icon, properties, advanced, scroll down and tick "use inline
auto-complete".

Mary,
Nope - that doesn't work in my account. I am the owner and changed the User
Name to Carol.
It works in my husband's account. I had added him as a User.
Same problem on both computers running XP Home.

The above also applies to Internet Explorer and other applications that use
the Protected Storage System Provider registry key to store passwords. It
also affects Autocomplete.
