I have Dell 8250 and a RDRAM 256 but I don't know what
type is it. PC800 or PC1600. Where can I find this

Hi

Depending on your BIOS, you should be able to see the memory speed at boot
up. A very good program to find your memory speed + a lot of other useful
info is Aida32:
