Windows update did not update properly on Operating
system Windows xp.
Tried base article 319585.
I now cannot get on to Messanger service or Hotmail. It
seems that It no longer recognises passwords.
I can still get on to the Internet but not all sites.
I am not very up on computers so I would like a talk
through to rectify this problem. I also cannot get on to
the windows update as all I get is the instructions to
rectify the problem but this does not work.
Please someone help. thank you David.
