Is VB Script files related to windows program files? I
found a file in the hard drive having folders with a bund
of script files in it? Ihope it is not a virus or any
other thing like this.

It's a Visual Basic script. Some are needed, some are 'nasty'. What is the
name of the one you found (file or folder)?
