Microsoft Word, Excel and Access are all seperate
applications and are not part and parcel of Windows XP.
As you have quoted not being able to see Word, Excel and
access i can only assume that somewhere along the line
Microsoft Office has been installed, either by you or
someone else, on your machine. For you to use these
applications you will need to the Microsoft office CD.
Hope this helps
