MSN Messenger 7.0 ??????

I read what the latest upgrade to the "MSN Messenger 7.0" would do and downloaded two weeks ago. But it didn't say anything about not providing the "Telephone" feature in the upgrade. As I use the phone feature quite a bit I had to do a "Restore" to get my old system back and all is working fine now. But, I wonder if anyone else had this problem?
