msagent - this is a little cartoon-like character that developers can script
against. Using either a web page or a standard application, you can pop up a
little guy and have him move around and do stuff, like the Office Assistant.
It's not commonly used, however.

pchealth - this is the term used to describe the suite of applications used
to keep your system running. Help and support, system restore, online
support, system file protection, automatic updates, and several other apps
fall under this umbrella.
