unable to open or send attachments

I am unable to open attachements or send attachments. I
can open photographs but I am having trouble opening
documents. I double-click on the clip and nothing
happens. Does anybody know what to do. Best Wishes

Outlook Express:
Open Outlook Express.
Click Tools, click Options, click Security tab.
Uncheck "Do not allow attachments..."
This change that Microsoft implemented is to help prevent viruses and
other bad code being received with attachments.
It is very important to keep your antivirus updated and run it at
least weekly.
