"My network Places" on start button missing

Wish I could help, but I have a similar problem...the
dial-up phone connection icon has been accidentally
deleted from My Netwok places. I have a Sprint card that
I am trying to set up, and Sprint techs seem to think
that the phone dialer function in my HP pavilion ZE4300
has also been deleted, because the error message that
comes back is "cannot create phone book entry.
Anyone have any ideas?

Jan, I get same error "cannot create phone book entry" when I use Sprint PCS connection card in DELL Latitude. Has your problem been fixed? Thanks.
