Can't load kernel driver

Hello. I am running Xp pro- the cd came with SP1, with 13
Sp2 hotfixes. Sometimes when I boot up, I get two
messages:
Can't load kernel driver asLM75.sys
and
Can't find AsmiHwIo.dll
I have a feeling this is related to noe of the "updates",
but not sure.
