Hi

Does anybody know how to get mp3's in windows media player 9
without having to pay for some extra programs.
Are there any free plugins or something outthere or do you have any other
ideas.

thanx

Not quite sure what you mean. MP9 plays MP3s flawlessly without any
additional software (hell, MS invented the format - I think - so their
flagship player should support it!)

What problems are you having?

Nope, Fraunhofer IIS (Germany) invented the MP3 format (1987). Windows =
had nothing to do with it, they only support its playback in the Windows =
based media players. They are still working with Intel on enhancing the =
MP4, which encodes Audio in a fraction of the time MP3 format does.
