Early Tx Threshold

Hi there,
could anyone tell me what the optimal "Early Tx
Threshold" settings (NIC) are for a two computer ethernet
LAN using a CAT5 crossover cable connecting at 100Mb/s

It is the amount of bytes that load into the FIFO(first in first out) buffer
before transmission will begin.
