I am the only user on my computer. It has Connie (me), default user, all
users, local service, and owner. Can I combine any of these, or eliminate
any of them? Thanks in advance.

No, these are used by the system. I would leave them alone.

Those are all essential accounts, don't delete any of them. They are
created when XP is installed and if you do succeed in deleting them, it
could severly restrict your options.
The All Users accounts enables several users to access the same programs
and shortcuts. All of your current Start Menu shortcuts may reside here.
The Default Users account contains configuration settings that are applied
when you create and log on with a new account.
Local Service contains settings used by some services running in the
background on your computer.
Network Service contains settings used by certain network services
Owner is the built in Administrator account that is created as a safety net
in case your Administrator account becomes corrupt or is lost.
