how to close all windows at once??

This is a question that could apply in any windows OS.

I want to know the fastest way to close all windows at once?? Now I use
Alt-F4 to close the window one by one.

Also, if u have all windows in the desktop, how to minimize all windows at
once? so that there are no windows in the desktop.

Log yourself off and then back on as this will close everything at once.
This is a way to get past all the porn site popups which do not
stop.......eh?

This doesn't close them it just gets him to the DESKTOP!
