Hi,
You need to turn off networking on your internet connection. You do this by
either disabling NetBIOS over TCP/IP or turn on the firewall.
To disable the Messenger Service:
Go to Start/Control Panel/Administrative Tools/Services. Double click the
Messenger Service and change Automatic to Disabled, then click the Stop
button.
Or use this automated edit:

In Windows Messenger Tools - Options - Preferences, uncheck the first 3
blocks then close the Messenger. In Outlook Express Tools - Options -
General, uncheck "Automatically log on to Windows Messenger" and close the
OE Contact List. You should never see Windows Messenger again unless you
start it manually.

Greetings --
This a type of spam has become quite common over the past few
months, and unintentionally serves as a valid security "alert." It
demonstrates that you haven't been taking sufficient precautions while
connected to the Internet. Your data probably hasn't been compromised
by these specific advertisements, but if you're open to this exploit,
you may well be open to other threats. Install and use a decent,
properly configured firewall. (Disabling the messenger service, as
some people recommend, only hides the symptom, and does nothing to
secure your machine.) And ignoring or just "putting up with" these
messages and the problem they represent is particularly foolish.
