View Full Version : Error: Cannot copy file, "Path Too Deep"

I have 2 computers networked to each other via 1 network
cable but I have a problem.

Everytime when I try to send a file from my computer to
the other computer I get an error message saying:

Cannot copy file [name of the file], "Path Too Deep"

But when a file is being send from the other computer to
mine, there is no problem, everything goes fine.
The actual problem is, I can't send files from my
computer to the other computer via a network.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? or any info
about this error message?

Thanks,

You need to shorten the local path to the file. You could subst a drive.
