Send To Mail Receipient

The Mail Receipient selection on the "Send To" command on
the shortcut menu is missing. Is there a way to recover
this? I know this is a default value in the "Send To"
menu and I also know how to add items, I just can't seem
to get the "Mail Receipient" selection back there. Any
help would be reatly appreciated.

regsvr32 sendmail
