You couldn't possibly tell me what to "type in" to set
this up now could you ? !! I'm totally out on a limb when
it comes to typing in commands unless they're written
down in front of me ! TIA

There is no command to type in. Just either 1) Run the defrag_all2.vbs
file manually using My Computer or Windows Explorer, 2) Start the
Scheduled Tasks wizard (Programs>Accessories>System Tools), browse for
the file and follow the prompts. The only issue with Scheduled Tasks:
If you do not use a password to start the system up, you will not be
able to schedule a task.
Hope this helps!
