Any chance to propose MS to include a script blocking
feature in IE?
Would be more than useful. Not to mention all these pop-
ups, low hijacking, data miners etc.
I use anti-virus and anti-adware programs, but a safer
browser would be helpful

Do you also use a firewall?

Then why not just get a safer browser? There's little IE can do that other
browsers cannot, and much other browsers can do that IE cannot. Try looking
at a page that uses the q element, or downloading an XHTML page served as
application/xhtml+xml. I love Windows, but IE is a pretty poor browser.

Internet Options> Security> Custom Level. Scroll down to the options to
control scripting (enable, disable, prompt).

It's in there. Just turn off scripting in IE.
