open folders in maximizem

how do Iget the folders to open in maximizem view.when I turn off my
computer an re start the folders only openin minimize view thanks

What I've done before and it's worked is to use the arrow(s) (top and side
ones) to stretch the page to the maximum you want it then close it by
clicking on the little 'x' at the top then reopen and it should be
maximised.
