When I attach a picture from "My Pictures", within
Outlook Express the picture is too large for the recipient
to view. If I right click and use "send to" - "mail
recipient", directly from the file, a window allows me
the option of reducing the picture size for viewing but
this method has to be preformed separately / after the e-
mail text you are currently working has been sent. FYI;
(I am using Windows Picture and Fax Viewer.)
I am not sure exactly how the "Newsgroup" works
and how to access a reply, so if you have a solution you
may send it directly to my e-mail,
Thank you.

Download the Power Toy for Windows XP, Image resizer...you
might want some of the others too.
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp

The image resizer work to resize photos to resolutions of
640x480, 800x600,1024x768. You can resize one or an entire
folder, you select the files you want to size, right click,
select resize, select the size. The only thing it doesn't
do (or at least I haven't found it yet) is convert bmp to
jpg. It would be nice if it is did both conversions with
one click.
