my comp originally came with winme with trident 3d/promedia display
drivers, however I have upgraded to windows xp and found out that
trident have stopped supporting the 3d promedia display drivers I
originally got with the comp, so there is no version for windows xp,
however on their website there is a version for windows 2000, should I
install this display drivers, because with windowsxp I get a lot of
crashes and the main cause is the tri3d.dll display driver I
originally got with windowsme, but I am wondering if it is safe to
instlal the win2000 drivers on a windows xp machine.
thanks in advance
