runtime erro in outlook XP

My friend is expereince the following error in outlook XP.

"A runtime error has occurred, do you wish to de-bug, Line 298
Error: library not registered."

How can she fix this problem? She does not have much knowledge of computer,
so detailed instructions would be much appreciated.

Internet Options> Advanced. Place check in box next to "disable script
debugging." Remove check from box next to "display notificatin about every
script error."
