View Full Version : no response to 'ipconfig /all'... and other indicators of TCP/IP malaise

hello,
it seems your ethernet adapter cad(NIC card or
network card) drivers are not properly installed. just
check the drivers. and renistall drivers. even then if it
is not coming then remove the tcp/ip protocol from LAN
properties and restart the system. and then again install
the tcp/ip protocol.
i think this will solve the problem.

yes, you are absolutely right. thanks. i uninstalled the driver, rebooted,
xp rediscovered the hardware... and voila... back in action.

i didn't have to do anything with the tcp/ip config.
