maybe 'software restriction policies' would work for you. this is a way to
allow users or groups to run only allowed applications. e.g. if your kiosks
are used for web browsing only, then you can restrict all apps other than
internet explorer (or preferred browser) from running - this is obviously a
very rudimentary description, but you get the idea. anyway, the easiest way
to learn about this feature would be to access its help file. go to
start>help and support and search for "software restriction policies"
