When I try to "send and receive" e-mail in Outlook
Express 6.0, the program downloads the messages then
fails to send my e-mails from the outbox. The following
error message appears:
"The message could not be sent because one of the
recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-
mail address >>, subject <<xxxxx>>. Account:
POP3.iafrica.com server smtp.iafrica.com, protocol:
smtp,server response:550 relaying to >>
prohibited by administrator (failed to find host name
from IP address, port: 25, secure (ssl): no, server error
550, error number 0x800ccc79"
