Need more info to try and help. Which chess program? Is this an online game
or one that can be played without an internet connection? Does your system
meet the minimum requirements specified by the installation directions? What
kind of install media is being used? Downloaded file? CD? What exactly won't
work? Any informative messages appearing and what do they say?
