User accounts - applications

How can users access applications such as
scanner...without having to sign on under my name...and
password?

Also...now my wife user account cannot even print a
calendar from task manager without my password.

I want the other users to be able to use software
programs such as microsoft task manager/ scanner/
videogames/...without any problems.

Hi Eric,

Some programs require that you install them under each profile. If the =
other user accounts are limited, then this may help:
