What is Synchronizer?

I don't know to which 'synchronizer' you refer but if you
click on the Clock on the System Tray and then the
Internet Time Tab you can set it to synchronize
automatically - and it will tell you when it is due -
when it does synchronize - or if it fails - can be seen
in the Event Viwer\System
