This is very new to me.
I want to insert clipart into letters, documents, etc.
What are the steps. In the old
Windows I could click on graphics, then clipart and the
pictures would pop-up. Not so in XP. When I do that I am
prompted to liik in the clipart scrapbook. Where thae
heck is it!! How do I access it! I have a deadline to
meet. Can someone help me

Greetings --
What specific word processing application are you using, to start
with? WinXP is an operating system.

I am using either WordPerfect 2002 or Core Presentations.
Both are on my operating system, though, not being a very
comuter sasavy person, I don't quite know what that means.

Greetings --
Neither Corel's WordPerfect or Presentations are part of any
operating system. They are applications that must be purchased and
installed separately, although an OEM PC vendor may well have bundled
them with its computer as part of the sale. I'm not familiar with
Corel's office application suite, so I can't give you any specific
guidance, other than to repost your questions in a news group devoted
to WordPerfect and/or Corel Presentation. This particular news group
is devoted to help people solve problems with WinXP.

In WordPerfect, do Insert | Graphics | From File, or Insert |
Graphics | Clipart.
But note that as Bruce says, this has nothing to do with Windows
XP. If it's different from the way it worked on your old
computer, the difference is in what make or model of word
processor you're using. Questions like this are better asked in a
Corel WordPerfect newsgroup.
