You can release the current address on one of your
machines from a command prompt by
typing "ipconfig /release" But since you are using
static addresses, you can't configure a new address from
a command prompt. Once the address has been released,
you can configure the new address in control panel. As
long as you are not connected to an external network you
should have no problem with this.
