Network Drive Reconnect problem

My company just bought 3 new computers w/ XP Home OS.
Every time they reboot, the network drives must be re-
mapped. The "reconnect at logon" is checked, but the
connection is lost anyway.

Any help in how to maintain the mapped drives through
reboot would be much appreciated.

Domain Server on this network? Home version will not join and play properly,
you need Pro
