Greetings,
I recently did a clean install of WinXP Pro. This time around however,
there are two accounts: mine, the Administrator; and another Limited User
Account. For some reason, after I disconnect I am unable to reconnect
without a reboot. When I attempt to connect again, everything goes fine,
the connection icon shows up in the SysTray, but no apps ( IE, Outlook
Express) can access. I've disabled all firewalls (just for now :-) ), and
my DSL modem is fine. Anyone have any clue what's going on here?? Help!
