Should I assume since no one has responded to my question
that it is posted in the wrong group? And if this
assumption is correct why don't you advise your customer
of the correct group and maybe even forward the message to
the proper group? Isn't that part of taking care of the
customer?

Hi,

This is a newsgroup, and not an official Microsoft customer support =
forum. People that come here seeking, or offering help from their =
expertise, do this of their own free will. Microsoft owns and run the MS =
newsgroup servers, but takes no responsibility for the advice or help =
that people give here (especially since they are not affiliated with =
them).
