Setting 2 cpu's the same

I have two computers and would like to see the same stuff on each computer.
Icons size, theme, Assessability settings. Any know if it all can be copied
from one to the other? It would be difficult to set them up side by side.--

As the name implies, XP's Files and Settings Transfer Wizard can only =
transfer
"files and setting" only.....not programs. Your programs must be =
reinstalled using
the original installation media.
