drag and drop cd burning

Win XP says to install a blank disk when one is already inserted. It's a
toshiba laptop and have replaced it with a known good cdrw from another
machine so we can rule out hardware. Any Help??

Hi,

Right-click the drive in Windows Explorer, choose properties. Go to the
recording tab and see if it is enabled for this drive.
