reinstalling explorer

i am new to computers ans i want to reinstall internet
explorer due to a error message i can't seem to erase.
could you please in detail tell me how step for step how
this task is performed

Better would be to supply the details of the error message, posting here
or in one of the Internet Explorer groups on this server. Someone can
likely help you with the error message without having to reinstall IE.
