I followed the instructions to go to mmc, group policy and make network
resources available prior to logon
but I wanted to do this on the server so I don't have to go to every
machine.
after going to MMC on the DC, then group policy, then browse and selected
one of the winxp workstations and opened it but coulnd't find the Logon
option under computer config -> admin templates -> system.
so then i went to that XP workstation manually and seems like the server has
changed the MMC snap in to a win2k one? I wanted the reverse to be done, to
have the win2k server group policy snap-in upgraded to xp's snap in
how do i get the old snap in on the xp machine and how would i go about
getting the win2k's snap in upgraded?
