remove and/orchange offline files path

hi there

i've got a computer here at work that has an incorrect path set as one of
the items it attempts to synchronise... this path refers to an old server
that is no longer in use.

how do i go about simply removing the request to synchronise from this
annoying utility? don't get me wrong, offline files are great for mobile
users, but the tool offers very little by the way of changing or modifying
what has been set to synchronise... i am aware that i can simply uncheck the
box in the util's properties pages, but that's hardly a fix as far as i'm
concerned... i want to remove it... permanently.

i've searched through the registry and found two references to the old
server under "net cache", yet removing them both has made no difference.
which is odd. there are no other references tho the old server in the
registry, so i'm assuming it's referenced somewhere else.

help in this regard would be great. i've searched through google and the MS
knowledge base to no avail.
