I can't find ClipBoard in XP Pro. Can someone tell where
it's hidden?

It wouldn't be there if you have not installed it.

To install: Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs - Add/Remove Windows
Components. Select Accessories and Utilities and clikc Details button. Then
Accessories and click Details button again. Select clipboard viewer and ok.
Now you should find it in Start - Programs - Accessories -
