Explorer Bar options

I have had XP for a few months and recently had new hard
drive added. I used to have a toolbar which appeared down
the left hand side of the screen when I opened My
computer or My Documents etc. It had several options
including "Copy this file", "Move this file", "Email this
file" etc etc as well as displaying otehr ares of the
computer to go to. When I had all my photos opened and
clicked on "email this file" after selecting particular
photos, I then had the option of decreasing their file
size 10 fold or not.
I love this toolbar, please help me find it.

Open Windows Explorer. Select Tools | Folder Options; On the General tab,
select 'Show Common tasks in folders' and click OK.
