Unable To Install Internet Explorer 6

I can download but can't install IE6. I am using Windows
XP but get a message saying it has not passed Windows
Logo testing. Can anybody explain this to me?

IE6 is a standard part of Windows XP, so there should be no need to
download it or install it.

Why are you trying to install IE6? Where did you go to download it?
