I'll be upgrading my Win98 system to WinXP this
Sunday. Does anyone have any suggestions to
make this go as successfully as possible? Besides
backing everything up on external media, I'll uninstall
as much software as possible, maybe do a defrag.
Anything else?

Has anyone successfully backed up and then reloaded
a collection of DialUpNetworking (DUN) connectoids?
My DUN application has more than 40 dialup connectoids,
and I'd hate to have to re-enter them all from scratch. I
have been backing them up by merely dragging and
dropping them to external media, but I have no idea if
they would actually re-load that way.
